Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elements of Art. We appreciate your business and are committed to ensuring a positive experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns – Exchanges Only

We do not accept returns. However, we allow exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be free of any scents, stains, or signs of wear

  • Items must be approved for exchange with a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us in advance

Do not send any item back without receiving an RA. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email Info@elementsartbrand.com within 14 days of delivery to request an RA.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and an RA number.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

  • While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee cancellations before shipping due to fast processing times.

Return Address

Please do not send any packages back without an RA. Any unauthorized packages will be refused.
