All orders are processed within 48 hours on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Standard domestic delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Typically 3 days for most states)

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.


4. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping yet, but we plan to expand in the future.


5. Order Issues & Lost Packages
